March 20-26 Gluten-Free Meal Plan

After finishing our Whole30 a few weeks ago, I decided to take a little break from meal planning to evaluate how I could best serve you with them.

At the end of December, I sent out a survey to all of you email subscribers (because you’re the ones who come back to read again and again), asking several questions about what you’d like to see here on the blog, and what you needed most.

Image shows a collage of recipes with copy that reads "Gluten-Free Whole Food Meal Plan with Free Printables"

Meal planning help came out right on top of that list, so I jumped in with both feet, having no clue what I was doing (if you look at the first meal plan, you see what I mean. The graphics were chaotic and hard to read.

So it was time to put some thought into the best way to do it. And here’s what you can expect to see from now on:

  • Simple gluten-free meals
  • Links to recipes where applicable
  • Printable meal plan and shopping list with tips on meal prep to save time and money

The printables will be locked behind a password-protected page, which you will get access to in exchange for joining our email list, where you’ll get weekly emails to notify you of the new meal plan for the week.

Once you’ve got the password, you’ll gain access to ALL the printable meal plans and shopping lists any time you want them.

So with that, here’s this week’s simple, gluten-free NOT Whole30 😉 meal plan.
